A folder of JPGs on your phone: a lease, a repair invoice, three pages of a form you photographed flat on the table. The office wants one PDF. Add them here. Only JPG and JPEG go in; a PNG or HEIC, even one renamed to .jpg, is stopped on its card with a link to Image to PDF, and the rest carry on. Each photo becomes a page, and the number on its card is its page number. Drag a card to move it, or open its menu and use Move to… to type a page number. The direction your camera recorded is already applied; a page that still came out sideways needs one tap on Rotate 90° clockwise. The settings button shows the page setup, for example A4 · Automatic · Small margin. Automatic gives a wide photo a landscape page and the others a portrait one, and every photo is scaled to fit inside the margins without being cropped. Fit to image makes each page the shape of its photo instead. Tap Save PDF. With Quality first, most JPGs go into the PDF without being re-encoded: the compressed picture is copied as it is. CMYK and 12-bit JPGs are the exception: this version converts them when your browser can decode them, and their cards say so. If the PDF is too big for an upload form, try Smaller file: it prepares a version of each photo at most 2000 px on the long side and uses it only where that really makes the file smaller; otherwise the photo stays as it was. The strip below shows the number of pages and the real file size. What stays out: the location, camera details and dates inside your photos, and your file names. The text on a photographed page stays a picture of text, so you can read it but not search it. My guides cover page sizes, JPEG quality and file size, phone photos, and what the PDF keeps.
